Norman is a registered graduate trained teacher; Guidance counsellor and Counselling psychologist. In his PhD project he development of a new psychological assessment instrument code named UNIVERSITY STUDENTS EVALUATION OF PSYCHOSOCIAL PROBLEMS (USEPP). He has spent a very big part of his professional work experience with Nkumba University as lecturer, therapist and supervisor of counsellor trainees.
He has authored a number of articles on University students’ psychosocial problems, counselling in Uganda, on career development and study modules on guidance and counselling. He has spearheaded the training of Ugandan therapists in supervision with ISOCCS.

Jane Leigh is a clinical psychotherapist who is currently completing her Doctorate in Counselling and is the Director of her own private counselling practice in Melbourne. Jane is an ambassador for Beyond Blue and has facilitated numerous workshops, seminars and conferences in mental health and lectured at various universities. Also, an author, Jane has written and published her book (2012) along with many professional articles relating to mental health.

John has worked in the human services and community sectors for over 20 years in both clinical and executive management capacities, and has developed leading-edge practices that strengthen the family and community.
He has extensive experience as a leader in the field of health science, and has developed, managed and delivered a range of evidence-based programs and services, spanning health, counselling, education, and community engagement.
John is an experienced family therapist, researcher and author on relationships. He has served as a consultant to government, business and industry, and also serves as the Head of Department, Neuropsychology and Behavioural Studies at the Medical Register of Australia.
John has formal qualifications in psychology and holds a PhD in Health Science (Charles Sturt University). He has a strong advocacy mindset for equality, human rights and social justice, and works towards a community that embraces and maintains mental, social and emotional well being for all people.
